Built for Extreme Loads

The TRIDEC swivel-axle suspension TP-O is a hydraulic-pneumatic suspension to be fitted with swivel axles. It is used in special and heavy trailers, mostly with many axle lines, where extreme loads ask for extra high capacity per axle line, large suspension strokes and advanced vehicle stability.

Control Systems for Hydraulic Steering

Extend HS hydraulic steering with manual control options for improved manoeuvrability in confined spaces. Choose from TRITRONIC automatic alignment, compact cabled or wireless remotes, or the standard manual pump control box.

Maintenance-free, heavy-duty design

  • Not a single greasing nipple — all bearings sealed for life
  • Smart pin-bearings instead of turntables for the lowest floor height
  • Floor height fully dropped: 940 mm (20 t), 1,050 mm (14 t), 900 mm (12 t), 800 mm (12 t LOW)
  • Rubber bearing for swivel axle mounting and bolt-on steering lever
  • KTL-treated; double-acting cylinder with protection cover
  • Weight per axle line: 690 kg (20 t), 808 kg (14 t), 460 kg (12 t)
